On-campus Accommodation
Delegates must register for LTU Beechworth on-campus accommodation via the Online Registration Form.
More than 120 delegates can be accommodated on campus. On-campus accommodation is available for delegates in the Conference Hotel and in 8 self-catering lodges and cottages on campus, all within a short walking distance of conference venues. Conference Hotel rooms have bathrooms shared between 2 rooms. Availability of bathrooms has been adjusted to allow for the maximum number of delegates to be accommodated in the Conference Hotel. Each room in the Conference Hotel has a television, video, refrigerator, tea-making facilities, telephone and bathgown. Disabled rooms are available. Cottages are essentially small brick veneer houses with three bedrooms; lodges are larger. All cottages and lodges have full self-catering facilities including crockery, cutlery, television, telephone for local calls, a comfortable lounge and laundry. In addition each lodge has a video. Carinya Lodge has the designated Postgraduate Lounge. Family Rooms are available in Kurrajong Lodge. Family members or groups of friends may request accommodation in the same lodge or cottage.

Off-campus Accommodation
Delegates not wishing to stay on LTU Beechworth campus should make their own bookings at Beechworth motels, Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs) or elsewhere. Beechworth off-campus accommodation information is available at: <www.tourisminternet.com.au>. There are about 85 rooms in the 5 Beechworth motels and more than 60 rooms in B&Bs. Two caravan parks have cabins and one, Lake Sambell Caravan Park , is in 15 minute walking distance of conference venues. For motel bookings delegates should request ‘the special TASA conference rate’ when making the booking. This special rate is available until 15 November 2004 . Please provide your mobile telephone number, where available, when making your accommodation booking. The local conference bus (included in your registration) will make pickups from motels in the mornings and will return delegates to motels at the end of the day. Some B&Bs in the town of Beechworth will be included in these bus pick-ups. The 5 Beechworth motels are:
