Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Convenor. Cancellations before 10 November 2004 will forfeit $70 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 10 November 2004, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information presented about TASA Conferences, TASA and the TASA '04 Local Organising Committee cannot guarantee that every session, event, presentation or accommodation room will take place as advertised. Refunds for registration fees and associated expenses on the basis of program changes cannot be accommodated.

Privacy policy
In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Conference Convenor.

Insurance
The TASA’04 conference registration fee does not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind.

International visitors
All prices are in Australian dollars (A$) and all payments must be made by credit card or bank draft/cheque in Australian dollars. A valid passport or certificate of identification is required for entry to Australia. All persons not holding an Australian or New Zealand passport also require a visa. It is the responsibility of delegates to ensure they have the required documentation before arriving in Australia.

Abstract and paper acceptance policy
Full Papers for submission to the TASA’04 Refereed Conference Proceedings must be submitted via the Online Paper & Abstract Submission Form on the TASA’04 Conference website by 31 July 2004. The Conference Convenor reserves the right to refuse papers for the Refereed Conference Proceedings if papers do not conform to the required format. Abstracts of Full Papers (General) and Work in Progress Papers must also be submitted via the online system by 15 October 2004. Abstracts will be edited and shortened where necessary.

Presenters with accepted papers/abstracts are required to complete the registration form and pay their fees by 15 November 2004 to ensure their papers remain in the conference program.

Reciprocal Conference Arrangements
Members of ASA, BSA, SAANZ & SAI may register for the TASA’04 conference at TASA member rates. Evidence of membership is required.

No Smoking
All venues on LTU Campus are no smoking venues.
