Special room rates have been negotiated with the listed Hobart accommodation properties and are only available by booking through Conference Design. All accommodation rates are per room, per night and are room only unless otherwise specified. Please indicate your preferred hotel, room type and dates. If you do not require an accommodation booking to be made on your behalf please do not complete this section. If you have any questions or require alternative arrangements please contact Conference Design.
Accommodation Guarantee
You will need to supply credit card details to guarantee the room. No amount is deducted from the credit card until you check out of the hotel. If you do not have a credit card you will need to pre-pay your accommodation to guarantee the booking.
Accommodation Pre-Payment
You may pre-pay one room night or the total room cost. Please indicate how much you wish to pre-pay on the Registration Form. You need to pay any incidental expenses incurred during your stay (for example, mini bar, telephone or dry cleaning) when checking out.
Accounts
All accommodation accounts must be settled on checkout. If you wish to receive an account you must organise this directly with your accommodation property before you arrive. Contact details for your nominated hotel will be supplied with your accommodation confirmation.
Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Conference Design at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received within five working days or no-shows may attract penalties.
No accommodation will be confirmed
until deposit or credit card details
have been received.
