Notification in writing to Conference Design by 11 November 2005 will receive 70% refund.
After November 11 2005 no refund will be made – you may nominate another person to attend in your place.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information presented about TASA Conferences, TASA and the TASA '05 Local Organising Committee cannot guarantee that every session, event, presentation or accommodation room will take place as advertised. Refunds for registration fees and associated expenses on the basis of program changes cannot be accommodated.
Privacy policy
In registering for this Conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegates list (name and organisation only) and may be made available to venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should delegates not wish details to be used please advise on the Registration Form.
Insurance
The TASA’05 conference registration fee does not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind.
International visitors
All prices are in Australian dollars (A$) and all payments must be made by credit card or bank draft/cheque in Australian dollars. A valid passport or certificate of identification is required for entry to Australia . All persons not holding an Australian or New Zealand passport also require a visa. It is the responsibility of delegates to ensure they have the required documentation before arriving in Australia .
Payment
All conference and function payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your personal credit card details at the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days. All accommodation payment must be settled at check out. Pre-payment and credit card guarantees will be forwarded to your hotel prior to the conference.
Abstract and paper acceptance policy
Full Papers for submission to the TASA’05 Refereed Conference Proceedings must be submitted via the Online Paper & Abstract Submission Form on the TASA’05 Conference website by 31 July 2005 . The Conference Convenor reserves the right to refuse papers for the Refereed Conference Proceedings if papers do not conform to the required format. Abstracts of Full Papers (General) and Work in Progress Papers must also be submitted via the online system by 14 October 2005 . Abstracts will be edited and shortened where necessary.
Presenters with accepted papers/abstracts are required to complete the registration form and pay their fees by 14November 2005 to ensure their papers remain in the conference program.
Reciprocal Conference Arrangements
Members of ASA, BSA, SAANZ & SAI may register for the TASA’05 conference at TASA member rates. Evidence of membership is required.
