TASA is well known for its sociability and there will be plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends outside the formal conference proceedings. Organised social events include the following:

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held at the Grand View Room of St Lucia Hillstone at the St Lucia Golf Links. The conference will finish a little earlier that day to give delegates time to rest and get ready, and buses will be provided to transport you to and from the venue. In recognition of the inequality theme of the conference, we are offering reduced rates for postgraduate students. As well as celebrating the winners of various TASA awards during the dinner, the evening will also include music and dancing.
