Goods and services provided by TASA are covered by the statutory conditions and warranties of the Trade Practices Act. Members seeking a refund under warranty should provide details to the Executive Officer. The Association’s Dispute Resolution Procedures will be used to resolve disputes or complaints.
Goods provided to members will be dispatched by Australia Post or a freight carrier to the address provided by the member. Electronic delivery will be used for publications where this is available and where the member requests it.
